Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up as your community grows or step down before the next billing cycle.

No. Paid memberships include both platforms. Your plan limit is based on communities and active players.
Are support packages contracts?
Monthly support add-ons can be removed for the next cycle. Launch Concierge is a one-time service.
