Using Lobbycade
You must comply with applicable law, Discord's rules, and your community's rules. You may not misuse Lobbycade, interfere with the service, automate abusive activity, or attempt unauthorized access.
Community responsibility
Server owners and moderators control where Lobbycade is installed and how games are used. They are responsible for community moderation and for removing the app when it is no longer wanted.
Alpha service
Lobbycade is currently an alpha product. Features may change, reset, or be temporarily unavailable. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, communities, or the service.
Subscriptions
Paid memberships and support packages will be governed by the price and renewal terms shown when billing opens. No current alpha pricing display creates a charge by itself.
Intellectual property
Lobbycade, its games, branding, software, and original content belong to Lobbycade or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, while granting the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Lobbycade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
